Your child's information

To track progress we store your child's first name or nickname, birth year, and a chosen avatar. Nothing else: no surname, no school, no photos, no date of birth.

Lesson progress, quiz answers and notes are linked to that profile so you can pick up where you left off.

You can change or delete a child profile at any time from your account. Deleting it removes all progress linked to it.

Where the data is stored

Our database runs in the European Union (Frankfurt) and our video is delivered from servers in the United States. South Africa's POPIA requires your consent for personal information to leave the country.

Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and does not use your data for its own purposes.
